Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Manchester. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same.

You will provide 1:1 support for an individual with autism and a learning disability in various activities, including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks at home.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
• Engage in activities including employment, volunteering, community engagement and daily living tasks.
• Be warm, reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support to an individual in various settings in Manchester.
• Encourage engagement in social activities and develop trusting relationships with service users and families.
• Assist with daily living tasks and community activities as part of the care plan.
