Job summary

EasyInfoBlog.com LLC is seeking a motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Runcorn to provide support to a female pupil. This part-time role involves working mornings (8:30 am–1 pm) and includes duties like leading speech and language interventions.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting SEN and knowledge of PECS and Makaton. Benefits include free training, DBS costs covered, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 40 days referenceable classroom experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience supporting SEN, speech and language requirements.
• Experience using PECS and Makaton.
• ELKLAN training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use PECS and Makaton to support speech and language development.
• Lead on speech and language interventions and therapy.
• Support during break and lunch times.
• Integrate the pupil into new pupil groups and activities.
