Job summary

1:1 Non-Verbal Specialist Teaching Assistant - Join us Ready for September! Location: Northampton & Surrounding Areas. Position: Full-Time (Part time also available). Pay Rate: Competitive Pay. Start Date: ASAP.

Not every child communicates with words—but every child deserves to be heard. We’re looking for a caring, patient, and proactive Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal child 1:1 in a primary school setting. If you’ve worked with SEND children or used PECS, Makaton, AAC, or sign language, this could be the most rewarding role you take on.
