Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a caring 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with targeted learning and emotional needs at a Woking school. You will provide personalised, one-to-one support across the curriculum and work closely with teachers and the inclusion SENCO to implement individual learning plans.

This role offers an immediate start as a key part of a supportive team, delivering small group interventions when required and helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 support for the named pupil across the curriculum.
• Assist with small group interventions and learning plans.
• Create a positive, nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for the named pupil across the curriculum.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans.
• Deliver targeted small group interventions
• Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
• Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning where appropriate
