Your New Job: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a specific pupil who requires additional support to access learning and manage their emotional and behavioural needs. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies that promote engagement, independence, and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
