Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a school in Headington, Oxford. This full-time role (Temp to Perm) supports pupils with SEND and requires experience with children, reliability, and strong relationships with pupils.

Start ASAP, with availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, accessible by car or public transport. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs and a track record of patient, supportive interaction in a school setting.

This role would suit someone with previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who is looking for a full-time position with the opportunity to become permanent.
