Job summary

Vision for Education in Newmarket is seeking a patient SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who has additional needs in a mainstream school. You will support access to learning, build confidence and help the pupil feel happy and included at school.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support, help with emotional regulation and behaviour, and contribute to EHCP targets, with a focus on developing independence and social skills.
