Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Hemel Hempstead to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism and ADHD. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education. Ideal candidates should have experience with SEN, strong communication skills, and a caring approach. Responsibilities include supporting learning activities and encouraging the pupil’s development. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and/or ADHD.
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism and ADHD.
• Support learning activities in line with the teacher's direction.
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development.
