Job summary

Adventure Farm Day Nursery, part of Farm Day Nurseries, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. You will support outdoor learning and real-life exploration, building strong relationships with children and families while delivering high-quality care.

We welcome qualified or unqualified applicants with a genuine passion for Early Years education. Plenty of development opportunities, a supportive workplace, and generous benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 EY qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with young children in a nursery setting preferred.
• Genuine passion for Early Years education.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, though we will consider unqualified applicants with experience
• Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery setting
• A genuine passion for Early Years education
• A positive, reliable and caring approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to make a real difference
