Hours: 10 hours per week

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5-6 £25,583 - £25,989 FTE (actual salary £5,928 - £6,022)

Role Details

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1 to 1 basis but also working with small groups of pupils in the classroom setting. The post is for 5 days a week (10 hours) Monday to Friday: 1.15pm – 3.15pm. This fixed term contract ends on 31st August 2026. We are a good school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards for those they work with. You will need to have an ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm. You will work in partnership with class teachers and the SENCO, to support learning in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Flexibility and a good sense of humour
  • The ability to use their own initiative
  • Willing to undertake training and support individual needs
