1:1 Learning Support Teaching Assistant

Contract Length: Subject to child remaining at Crowle Primary School

Salary: TA2 Points 5-6, £18,416.96 - £18,708.93 per annum (actual)

Hours: 32 Hours a week (five days a week) – term time only

Working Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm every day. Linked to a child’s EHCP.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Crowle CE Primary School.

The successful candidate will support children on a 1:1 basis and also work with small groups. They will provide behaviour support strategies, build positive relationships with children, adapt work to meet individual needs, and deliver targeted interventions designed to support individual learners.

The contract is fixed term and will end when named child/ren leave the school.

The successful candidate will support the ethos, aims, and visions of a Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust. They will be an enthusiastic team player who is willing to follow school policies, contribute to whole school improvement, and the wider life of our school.
