Educated to GCSE C or equivalent with strong literacy and numeracy, you will know the primary curriculum and be able to motivate learning while maintaining pupil behaviour.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Educated to GCSE C or equivalent with strong literacy and numeracy.
• Good working knowledge of the primary national curriculum; experience teaching to pre-determined plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for children with education health care plans on a one-to-one or small group basis.
• Support children and contribute to a stimulating and purposeful learning environment.
• Work as part of a cohesive team to secure the best possible learning outcomes.
