Job summary

Engage Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEND 1.1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Barnet. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum and help create an inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.

The role involves assisting teachers with differentiated activities and interventions, and supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEND programme. DBS checks and GDPR compliance are required.

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND 1.1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or educational setting

• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
