Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work at primary schools in Ely. This Full-Time Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support & General TA Duties) role requires 08:30am-3:30pm hours and is based in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

Ideal candidates will have experience with 1:1 pupil support, a patient and nurturing approach, and the ability to travel between schools. Immediate start with opportunities for long-term roles within our friendly schools network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting in the last three years.
• A patient, flexible and proactive approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
• An enhanced DBS check (required) and ability to travel between schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and general classroom assistance across our primary schools.
• Support pupils with diverse needs and foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents and external professionals as needed.
