1:1 Functional Skills Tutor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 functional skills tuition to students
• Create engaging and effective learning materials
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback
• Develop individual learning plans based on students' needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements

Minimum Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Proven experience in delivering functional skills tuition
• Strong understanding of functional skills curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
