Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, play-led sessions focusing on early phonics, communication, and emotional literacy.
• Build trusting relationships and provide nurturing learning environments in homes, libraries, community centres, or schools.
• Work trauma-informed and relationally, prioritising children’s emotional safety and readiness for education.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support each child’s journey, including smooth transitions into school or nursery.
