Qualifications

• 3 years of teaching experience in grades K-12 specifically in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Access to a fast and reliable internet connection.
• Minimum 20 hours of availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App timely.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
• Attend all classes on time in a professional setting.
