Job summary

A leading online tutoring platform seeks experienced educators to provide 1 on 1 ESL tutoring to students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. Tutors will set their own schedules, providing personalized lessons while maintaining a professional and engaging environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, experience with K-12 ELA standards, and a passion for helping students succeed. The position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and offers $20 USD per class plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for each student.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
