Job summary

Nudge Education seeks compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and collaboratively engage families, professionals and regional teams to support each learner’s progress and wellbeing. DBS checks are part of safeguarding, with flexible opportunities based on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS and knowledge of teaching STEM.
• Experience of PDA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
