Job summary

Wilderness Way is seeking an Education Assessment Lead to work 1:1 with up to 8 children across our homes. You will craft personalised education journeys, meeting each child where they are and helping them discover how far they can go.

You’ll design learning plans from assessments, deliver sessions to build confidence, and collaborate with care/outdoor teams to bring lessons to life across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher with relevant certification.
• Ability to design personalised education journeys.
• Experience delivering 1:1 sessions with children.
• Comfortable with travel across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Create individualised learning plans based on assessments.
• Deliver 1:1 sessions to build confidence, curiosity and capability.
• Plan activities and visits to make learning stick.
• Collaborate with care and outdoor teams to bring lessons to life.
• Track progress, set aspirations, and celebrate every win.
• Travel between up to 6 service locations.
