Job summary

Academics in Wales is seeking a caring SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with ALN in Early Years settings across Llantwit Major.

You will provide 1:1 support, assist with communication and social development, and help create a safe, inclusive classroom. DBS required or willingness to apply; references available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with ALN/complex needs (Early Years desirable).
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service or willing to apply).
