Job summary
Harmony Healthcare in Swindon is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 care in clients’ homes. You will support with daily living tasks, community access and social activities, helping clients stay independent and dignified in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Confidence with clinical tasks or willingness to train.
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.
- Supporting with community access and social activities.
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks.
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support.
