Harmony Healthcare in Sheffield is seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support clients in their own homes. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can see the impact of your care. Full specialist clinical training is provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with oxygen monitoring, personal care, meals, and promoting independence. We offer day/night shifts, regular patterns, DBS checks and a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train).
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Empathy and person-centred values.
• Experience up to 5 years in care settings within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.
• Supporting client with cooking fresh meals.
• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks.
• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support.
• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams.
