An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated Staff Nurse to join our SEQOHS-accredited Occupational Health and Wellbeing service at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The role involves providing clinical expertise on occupational health issues to support high-quality service delivery focused on prevention and attendance management.

The post holder will support daily management of the occupational health service, assist junior team members, and will be based primarily at The Rotherham Hospital Foundation Trust site.

Main duties of the job
  • Support the delivery of occupational health advice within the Trust and to external clients as per contracts and SLAs.
  • Promote Occupational Health and Wellbeing within the Trust and foster good relationships with all client groups.
  • Stay updated on developments in Occupational Health, Wellbeing Practice, and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Support policy development to ensure legal compliance and risk minimization.
