Band 5 Community Staff Nurse - 0-19 Service
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our dynamic 0-19 team.
As part of the wider community nursing and primary healthcare team, you'll work under the guidance of the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Team Lead), delivering a range of services including health surveillance, health promotion, immunisations, and providing support and advice to families with children and young people aged 0-19.
You'll collaborate closely with statutory and voluntary partner agencies to achieve the best health outcomes for children and families. Using evidence-based practice, you'll contribute to delivering a safe, effective, and high-quality service aligned with professional standards.
This role involves supporting the implementation of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme within a progressive universal model, tailoring interventions based on assessed needs and ensuring seamless partnership working across agencies.
