Youtrust is seeking a Technical Success professional to own a low-touch customer portfolio in a European Digital Trust environment. You will be the main technical contact, reading APIs, guiding developers, and collaborating with Account Managers, Support, Presales, Sales, and Product to ensure customers adopt Youtrust and gain real value from it.

You will use data and CS tools to drive retention and growth, flagupsell opportunities, and share feedback to refine the product.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, managing a customer portfolio.
• Comfortable with APIs and technical integrations; read API documentation and guide a customer’s developer.
• Use data and CRM/CS tools to decide where to spend time.
• Experience running actions that reach many customers and measuring outcomes.
• Daily use of AI tools and exploring new ways to work with them.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly in writing and by phone.
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative with other teams.
• Native French and fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of e-signature or eIDAS is a plus.
• Willing to work from one of our offices 3 to 4 days a week.

Your Role

You join the Technical Success team, a team of 7 within Customer Solutions. You own our low-touch customer portfolio and you are the main technical contact for these customers. Working with Account Managers, you make sure customers adopt Youtrust and get real value from it, so they stay and grow with us. You work closely with Support, Presales, Sales and Product.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the low-touch portfolio: drive adoption and customer value, and secure customer retention.

• Act as the main technical contact for your customers. Understand their users, tech stack, business practices and operating environment, and tailor technical solutions to them.

• Work with your Account Manager and share accountability for the growth, retention and satisfaction of your portfolio.

• Use product usage data to spot customers at risk or ready to grow, and act at the right moment.

• Apply the low-touch playbook across your portfolio and help improve it.

• Flag upsell and expansion opportunities to Sales with clear context.

• Share technical feedback and recurring issues with Product and Support.

Your Profile

• You have experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, and you have managed a customer portfolio.

• You are comfortable with APIs and technical integrations. You can read API documentation and guide a customer's developer through an integration.

• You use data and CRM or CS tools to decide where to spend your time.

• You have run actions that reach many customers at once, and you check whether they work.

• You use AI tools every day and you like finding new ways to work with them.

• You explain technical topics simply, in writing and by phone.

• You are organised and proactive, and you enjoy working with other teams.

• You speak French at native level and English fluently. Spanish is a plus.

• Knowledge of e-signature or eIDAS is a plus.

• You are happy to work from one of our offices 3 to 4 days a week.
