AXA en France seeks an experienced XDR Product Owner to lead the ongoing development and delivery of our Extended Detection and Response product within a large international environment. You will translate cybersecurity needs into clear priorities, coordinating with security operations, technology teams, and vendors to ensure reliable service and effective threat remediation.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in IT with hands-on exposure to information security and XDR products.
Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management and service delivery.
Experience contributing to or owning a technical product roadmap.
The ability to assess cybersecurity risks and translate them into practical product priorities.
Confidence coordinating incidents, escalations and remediation activities across multiple teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex operational scenarios.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in an international, multicultural or large-scale enterprise environment.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Shape the product roadmap by translating cybersecurity priorities and stakeholder feedback into clear initiatives.
Expand the reach of the XDR platform by guiding onboarding of entities and adoption.
Improve security outcomes by strengthening detection, response, compliance and risk reduction.
Drive reliable product delivery and ensure services meet quality and expectations.
Lead incident coordination and escalation with technical teams to resolve issues.
Partner with security and technology teams to optimise capabilities and align with operational requirements.
Build trusted relationships with local security teams, stakeholders, vendors and service providers across an international network.
Anticipate product changes by monitoring vendor roadmaps and communicating developments.
Turn technical complexity into clear documentation and practical procedures.
Strengthen product governance by reviewing security policies and ensuring design-delivery consistency.
Promote continuous improvement by bringing in new ideas and external insights.
