AXA seeks an experienced XDR Product Owner to lead the ongoing development and delivery of our Extended Detection and Response product in a global, multi‑country setting.

You will translate complex cybersecurity needs into a clear product roadmap, drive adoption across entities, and partner with Security Operations, technology teams and vendors to strengthen detection, response and governance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT experience with information security and XDR products.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management and service delivery.
• Experience contributing to or owning a technical product roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Shape the product roadmap by translating cybersecurity priorities into initiatives.
• Expand the reach of the XDR platform by guiding onboarding of entities.
• Improve security outcomes by strengthening detection, response, and risk reduction.
• Drive reliable product delivery to meet quality and service expectations.
• Lead incident coordination and escalation through remediation.
• Partner with security and technology teams to align capabilities with needs.
• Build trusted relationships with security teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Anticipate product changes by monitoring vendor roadmaps.
• Turn technical complexity into clear documentation and procedures.
• Strengthen product governance and standardisation.
