Mission :

• End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
• L3 supporting activities (major incidents technical issues faced by users)
• Bug analysis / fixes
• Feature development when necessary
• Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity

Deliverables :

• App packages / configured through Intune / VPN setup
• Updating / resolving / closing ServiceNow incident tickets
• Reports (Security items device count apps / tools reports) through Intune / Log Analytics
• Documentation of all that will be implemented / configured
