Doctolib is seeking a Working Student in Berlin to support IT stock and on-site equipment management. You will handle asset receiving, labelling, lifecycle management and periodic inventories, while ensuring accurate data in our asset tool. On-site support will cover joiners/leavers and meeting-room hardware.

You should be enrolled full-time in IT-related studies, fluent in German and English, and able to lift up to 25 kg; a hybrid/office work model applies with salary of 15 €/h.

• Currently enrolled full-time at a university in IT Systems Management, IT Management, Applied IT or related field.
• Rigorous, organized and service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android; able to prioritise tasks autonomously and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• IT stock and asset management for laptops, smartphones and accessories (70%).
• Update inventory in asset management tool; ensure serial numbers and statuses are accurate.
• Oversee full equipment lifecycle: assignment, return, repair, refurbishment, recycling.
• Run periodic inventories and check stock against the system.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment with suppliers.
• Prepare devices with MDM enrolment and standard configuration.
• Propose improvements to stock processes, documentation, automation and KPIs.
• On-site support for joiners and leavers (30%).
• Manage meeting room hardware; test, update and replace equipment.
• Handle level 1 requests; diagnose and escalate to level 2 as needed.
• Identify recurring requests and contribute to process improvements.

What you’ll do

• IT stock and asset management — approximately 70%
  • Manage the site’s IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories
  • Keep the inventory up to date in our asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses
  • Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling
  • Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset management tool
  • Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment thresholds and contribute to supplier orders
  • Prepare devices, including mobile device management enrolment, standard configuration and accessory kits
  • Propose improvements to stock processes, documentation, automation and key performance indicators
• On-site support — approximately 30%
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, handing over and recovering equipment for joiners and leavers
  • Run the Berlin IT Corner as a physical point of contact for Doctolibers
  • Manage meeting room hardware by testing, updating and replacing equipment
  • Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and elevate to level 2 when needed
  • Identify recurring requests and contribute to continuous improvement

Job Details

• Working Student in part-time, up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
• Duration: 6 months, renewable
