Natixis Interépargne recherche un(e) Chargé d'Affaires Assistant en alternance d’un an à Paris. Vous aiderez les responsables commerciaux à développer une relation de valeur avec les clients et les parties prenantes, sous la tutelle d’un tuteur.

Responsabilités

• Préparer avec les account managers les documents pour les rendez-vous clients ou internes (conseils, comités, etc.).
• Répondre aux appels clients en première ligne.
• Coordonner les demandes commerciales avec les départements internes (Gestion financière, Opérations, Reporting, Juridique, Compliance).
• Prendre en charge les premières étapes d engagement client (KYC, accords de maintenance de compte).

You are joining our Key Account team at Natixis Interépargne, which is looking for a Chargé d'Affaires Assistant, a alternation of 1 year as soon as possible.
