Job summary

FH Collective Academy seeks a French-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will engage with French-speaking B2B clients, advise on online advertising strategies, and help grow revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with marketing professionals and decision-makers, provide campaign support, and train advertisers while maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

• Schedule:40 hours per week
• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.

What We're Looking For

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
