This role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers, addressing issues regarding products and services. The ideal candidate should be fluent in French and possess strong communication skills. What Youll Do

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat

• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) & good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication & empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
