Sunweb Group is seeking a Totally Winter Guide to welcome students on ski trips and orchestrate unforgettable experiences in mountain destinations. You’ll be part of an international team, organizing events, supporting guests, and living the mountain life during the season.
We offer a monthly gross salary of €1,820 with bonuses, travel and health insurance, and accommodation support. The role is fixed-term, seasonal, and requires flexibility, travel, and a passion for winter sports.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Able to work in dynamic, outdoor seasonal environments.
- Energetic, social, and confident with groups of students.
Responsabilités
- Organize entertainment, parties, andAprès‑ski events.
- Be the main contact for guests before, during, and after their holiday.
- Handle questions, issues, and emergencies quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with local suppliers, accommodations, bars, and activity providers.
- Manage registrations, ski passes, excursions, and related admin.
