Alpine Elements in Morzine is seeking a pre-travel concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences by managing resort and airport logistics and offering personalised services before arrival.

You will coordinate transfers, dietary requirements and upsell ski hire, lift passes, tuition and wine upgrades, while ensuring smooth communication with resort teams. Accommodation in Morzine can be provided with a deduction if needed.

Position

As a pre- travel concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role involves calling the guests and managing various resort and airport logistics, providing personalised services, and offering valuable upsell opportunities before they arrive in resort. You will be responsible for co-ordinating essential aspects of our guests' stay and passing on these details to the resort team, ensuring their comfort and enhancing their overall vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resort PDC's: Complete all resort PDC's (Pre-Departure Checks) for selected areas, either Morzine & Tignes or La Plagne & Meribel.
• Logistics Coordination: Confirm all resort logistics, including transfer slots, dietary requirements, extra equipment (such as cots and highchairs), and other guest needs.
• Upselling Services: Proactively upsell additional services, including ski hire, lift passes, tuition, and wine upgrades to enhance guests' experiences.
• Airport Coverage: Provide cover at Geneva airport on Sundays to assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transitions.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
