Vestas France is seeking a Skilled/Semi-Skilled Worker for full-time on-site field operations. You will optimize wind farm performance by performing curative and preventive maintenance on turbines, reporting interventions, and ensuring safety standards are met. Mobility for travel is required and growth paths include four technician levels.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to Quality, Safety and Environment standards in a dynamic international setting.

Qualificações

• BTEC/HND or BTS/DUT in industrial electrical or mechanical engineering; BZEE certification if possible.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity with HV knowledge.
• Technical English (written/spoken) and proficient with Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out curative maintenance to optimize turbine performance for clients.
• Ensure smooth turbine operation and control of turbine components during interventions.
• Perform preventive maintenance per rules or work instructions and report interventions.
