Vestas is seeking a Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker for field operations in France. You will optimize wind turbine performance through curative and preventive maintenance, while ensuring safety and compliance with Quality, Safety and Environment standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in industrial maintenance or electricity, HRMS-encoded English proficiency, and ability to travel as required. An exciting international environment with career progression opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Hold a BTEC/HND/BTS or DUT in industrial or electrical/mechanical engineering (BZEE certification preferred).
• Ideally 2–5 years in industrial maintenance or electricity.
• Knowledge of high voltage and technical English (written/spoken).

Responsabilités

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance and ensure safety.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines; monitor and control components during interventions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document interventions as required.
