Vestas seeks skilled technicians to optimize wind turbine performance through preventive and curative maintenance across sites. You will work in pairs, report to the Area Supervisor, and ensure high-quality service for customers with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a relevant technical diploma, 2–5 years in maintenance, and mobility for travel. English proficiency and office skills are required.

Qualifications

• BTEC/HND or equivalent in industrial or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Proficient in technical English (written/spoken) and Microsoft Office.
• Customer-facing role experience, autonomous, mobility for travel, and safety-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance for clients.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and monitor all components during interventions.
• Perform preventive maintenance in line with current rules or work instructions; report interventions.
