Willie B's Chicken Coupe is seeking a hands-on manager to lead an energetic team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant. You will oversee guest service, food quality, and daily store operations to ensure a positive dining experience.

Must have a high school diploma, 18+, valid driver's license, and the ability to work 50 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays. Strong computer/register skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.
• Ability to Multi-task
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week.
• Willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

previous success in a management role, a solid knowledge of computer/register systems, self-motivated,

dependable, be able to work weekends and some holidays, varying shifts and have a love for the food

industry.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements include standing up to 10 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds,

bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.

Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of

fingers and wrists.
