Working alongside Sébastien, Head of the Welding Activity, you will play an essential role by precisely assembling metal parts and following technical blueprints to the letter. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be vital in carrying out the assigned missions.

• In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, contributing directly to the quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise in RSW (resistance spot welding) and MAG (metal active gas) welding will be utilized to assemble parts with precision and efficiency.
• Each project is unique; therefore, you are able to read and interpret manufacturing files (blueprints, process sheets, bills of materials) to fully understand the parts to be welded.
• You perform complex welds on a wide variety of parts, adhering to strict standards. You participate in continuous improvement projects (SMED, 5S, QRQC) to optimize production processes.

The position involves a 2-shift rotation (2x8), alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.

Candidate profile

Holding a CAP in Welding or a Vocational Baccalaureate as an Industrial Boilermaking Technician, you have several years of professional experience (minimum 2 to 5 years) in an equivalent position.
