Groupe Gruau, leader européen de la carrosserie de véhicules utilitaires, recherche un Assembleur (M/F) pour son site à Taverny. Vous réaliserez le montage et l'assemblage de composants pour nos véhicules, tout en participant à un environnement de qualité et de sécurité.

Idéalement, vous avez une première expérience en montage ou assemblage, et vous appréciez le travail manuel et l'esprit d'équipe. Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.

• Expérience initiale en montage, assemblage ou fabrication industrielle appréciée.
• Engagement à respecter les instructions et les règles de sécurité.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser des opérations de montage et d'assemblage pour les composants des véhicules.
• Lire et comprendre les instructions de travail, plans et manuels d'assemblage.
• Préparer les composants et outils nécessaires à l'activité.
• Effectuer l'assemblage en utilisant divers procédés.

Your responsibilities

For our site based in Taverny (95), we are looking for our future Assembly Fitter (M/F). Reporting to the Production Manager, your mission will be to carry out mounting and assembly operations for components intended to equip our vehicles.

• Read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and assembly manuals.
• Prepare the components, parts, and tools necessary for your activity.
• Perform assembly using various processes (riveting, screwing, gluing, bolting, drilling, trimming...).
• Verify and validate the compliance of the operations performed.
• Report any anomalies or safety risks.

You will work in a team and actively participate in collective success, in an environment where quality and safety are at the heart of every project. You enjoy manual work, and team spirit is important for you to feel fulfilled. The scheduled working hours are daytime shifts.

Candidate profile

Ideally, you have initial experience in the field of mounting, assembly, or industrial manufacturing. You are known for your rigor, team spirit, and commitment to following instructions.
