LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1396 in Winston-Salem to mentor the team and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive an omnichannel, customer-focused shopping experience using available tools. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Experience in managing or supervising a team.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
