Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for the weekend shift (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) in Toulouse. You will lead 24/7 biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring cGMP compliance, quality, and a safe production floor.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage weekend teams, support manufacturing readiness, and drive process improvements while maintaining site performance and regulatory readiness.

Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical operations.
Proven people leadership and high-performing teams.
Commitment to quality, compliance and patient-focused manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of cGMP standards.
Analytical thinker with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide input in manufacturing operations to impact decisions across the company.
Design/implement new equipment or processes with technical depth and autonomy.
Provide technical guidance to colleagues across functions.
Lead investigations, CAPA projects, and cross-functional troubleshooting.
Lead teams within and outside the company on projects.
Respond to equipment alarms and ensure documentation is controlled.
Present data during audits and regulatory interactions.
