Evotec WD is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for weekend shifts in Toulouse. You will lead a 24/7 biopharma manufacturing operation, ensuring quality, safety, and cGMP compliance on the production floor.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive readiness, training, investigations, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee weekend leadership, with a rotating schedule across day and night shifts, and you will be based on site in Toulouse.

Responsabilités

Provide input in Manufacturing Operations that impacts decisions across the company.
Design/implement new equipment or processes with minimal guidance.
Provide technical guidance to teams across the organization.
Lead deviation investigations and CAPA projects, coordinating with vendors when needed.
May lead cross-functional teams within and external to Just.
Respond to equipment alarms and contribute to controlled documents.
Present data in audits and internal/external reviews.
Implement new technologies or improvements in manufacturing processes.
Lead teams within area of expertise and supervise unit operations.
