Job summary

Saur Services (Glasgow) Ltd is seeking an Operations Performance Regulator in Vannes, France, hybrid role. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency across water treatment and wastewater operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in water-related fields and hands-on experience, with strong planning and communication skills to liaise between teams, support services, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in water-related fields or industrial disciplines such as electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or public works.
• Hands-on field experience in drinking water or wastewater operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities.
• Optimise allocation of human and material resources according to priorities.
• Monitor daily operations to track intervention progress and performance.
• Analyses operational performance and resolves issues; supports internal and external reporting.
• Ensure interventions meet established standards and communicate with teams and clients.
