This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency**Your Main Responsabilities*** Develop and maintain schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance operations on facilities.* Optimise the allocation of human and material resources according to operational needs and priorities.* Monitor daily operations to track the progress of interventions.* Analyse operational performance and resolve issues as they arise.* Contribute to performance reporting for both internal management and external clients.* Control the quality of interventions and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.* Act as a liaison between operational teams, support services, and clients to ensure smooth and effective communication.* Keep stakeholders informed of intervention progress, incidents, and necessary adjustments.* Analyse operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and propose process optimisation measures.* Participate in developing strategies to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.* Prepare the annual workload plan for the territory and ensure performance tracking throughout the year.* Identify inefficiencies and propose process or equipment improvements to reduce costs and enhance service quality.* Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinate urgent interventions, and implement solutions to minimise service impact.
