Job summary

Saur Group in Annonay, France is seeking an Operations O&M technician to monitor, operate and maintain drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. The role focuses on compliance, performance of processes, and routine maintenance, often using Geremi software for remote monitoring.

You will work autonomously or in a team, applying BTS GEMEAU or equivalent knowledge in electrotechnics/electromechanics, with exposure to water treatment assets. Relevant field experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Academic / vocational education: BTS GEMEAU with knowledge in electrotechnics/electromechanics or BTS in electrotechnics/electromechanics with knowledge in water treatment.
• Relevant work experience: exposure to drinking water plants and wastewater treatment stations.
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drinking water and wastewater treatment units.
• Operate facilities to ensure proper functioning.
• Routine equipment maintenance and first-level maintenance on installations.
• Ensure product compliance (drinking water or treated wastewater).
• Use Geremi software for remote monitoring.
