What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining alignment between SAP and 3PL systems. You will oversee inventory control, coordinate stock movements, supervise destructions, and ensure efficient distribution operations in collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribution Management – Oversee daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage receiving, storage, and dispatching activities, including IT follow‑up.
- Support financial processes by creating and monitoring purchase orders.
- Drive distribution efficiency through process optimization and performance monitoring.
- Inventory Management – Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to support operational demands.
- Conduct and reconcile regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate stock destructions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Stock Control – Supervise the receiving, storage, and movement of goods in the warehouse.
- Implement stock control procedures to minimize losses and improve accuracy.
- Manage transfers, adjustments, and product returns in compliance with company policies.
- Data Management – Ensure full alignment between SAP logistics data and 3PL WMS systems.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain precise records of all stock transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Operational Efficiency – Optimize warehouse space utilization and organization.
- Implement best practices for warehouse performance and safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Quality Control – Verify incoming stock for quality, quantity, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Kenvue’s standards for labeling, storage, and product handling.
- Manage expired, damaged, or obsolete stock according to company procedures.
- Collaboration and Leadership – Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
- Lead operational reviews (WOR, MOR) with 3PL providers to track KPIs and drive improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on stock management practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally within a regulated industry (pharma, cosmetics, or FMCG).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and WMS systems.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
