You will lead a small team, monitor performance, manage inventory, coordinate with other departments, and drive improvements in processes and data accuracy. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction through reliable receiving, dispatching, and accurate shipments, with a hands-on approach to staffing and coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Strong supervisory skills and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

• Ensure excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
• Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Interface with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to track warehouse status.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or adjusted work procedures.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
