Job summary

Allucent is seeking a VP, Quality Assurance to lead the Quality organization, shaping strategy, operations, and financial health. The role oversees customer audits/inspections, develops KPIs, and aligns with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and client contracts while participating in the Allucent Leadership team.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced biopharma environment, with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP (R3), auditing and GDPR requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality KPIs and metrics.
• Experience overseeing customer audits/inspections and regulatory interactions.
• Strong leadership, strategic and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality organization’s strategic vision, operations, and financial health.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee audits/inspections with customers and regulators.
• Head executive-level Quality management meetings and reporting.
• Review audit reports and maintain organizational culture and reputation.
• Represent Quality in key meetings and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify key accounts and drive new and repeat business.
